Attempting to promote this "mystery" podcast comes with several disadvantages.  The most obvious is that I can't tease an upcoming show easily by using an artists name or even asking a future mystery artist to promote a show that might benefit them in some way.  Another disadvantage is that while a well known artist may have released something really great, it's not really a challenge for most music fans to identify a long-term, popular and distinctive artist.  How many seconds of ONE song would you need to hear to recognize the voice of Tom Petty, Bono, Annie Lennox or Leonard Cohen?  Further, do any of those artists really need MY help to get their music heard by more people? Sorry for all the questions but, while I realize that easier shows tend to get more discussions happening online, I'm not sure how soon I'll do a "1" rated show again.
