Our first guest is Geoff Pond. Geoff is a professor of business at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario. He previously worked for six years as an operations analyst at Defence Research and Development Canada and holds a Ph.D. and B.Sc.Eng awarded from the University of New Brunswick.
