But I spent years of my life dieting, losing weight, binging, gaining weight, hating my body and starting all over again. I held this high standard of what a "perfect body" should look like. Until my body was perfect, I wasn't worthy. You can want to strive for more, and have goals for yourself and your body... but is it coming from a place of love?</p>]]></description>
