Eric Dickerson came to FitCon HQ to talk about his fitness story. He made a goal to lose 100lbs by FitCon 2017 and he did it! Eric grew up in a small town in Utah and turned to food to cure boredom. After years of bullying and being too heavy to ride a roller coaster. Eric said, "enough is enough". Eric talks about how he mentally prepared, decided to make a change, and stayed true to what is hardest to do: stay consistent.

We have compiled a lot of stories from our community and will be showcasing them to our broader community to educate, inspire, and build each other up. Thanks for tuning in!

In this podcast we interview Victoria Adelus, (Director of Epigenix foundation and partner in Quest Keto) and Shawn Wells, (chief science officer of Biotrust, CEO of Zone Halo research at zone halo.com, and a master formulator with big companies such as dymatize andbodybuildliing.com). We cover nutritional therapies to combat diseases such as cancer, diabetes, epilepsy, parkinson, and a few others. Epigenix is a leading research lab on studying how the food we put in our mouths can greatly affect our susceptibility to disease. Doctors and leading expert researchers around the world gathered at the annual "Nutritional Ketosis & Metabolic Therapeutics Conference" in Tampa Florida this february to discuss research they are conducting. The results and progress of some of the stories you hear will inspire you to rethink the way we typically treat these diseases. Many positive studies have been performed and documented on patients who have been able to reverse symptoms, or improve quality of life with managing their condition. We also cover topics such as obesity, hormone disruption in males and females and how it negatively affects their lives.
