Conversation with Jen Howe, VP of University Advancement, University of Dayton

Jen Howe has been leading the Advancement team at the University of Dayton (UD) for nearly 5 years. Her team’s focus on partnerships, both on campus and in the community, allowed for increased connectivity with donors, even through the challenge of Covid protocols restricting in person interactions. In 5 years, UD has doubled the amount of annual giving to the University to nearly $50 million.

Jenn believes mentors pushed her toward her “deep water” but supported her in the new assignments and responsibilities that helped expand her professional skill sets. Jenn and her staff have the University of Dayton Advancement team “Flying High.”
