Welcome to Mindful Roots: Grounded in Truth, Growing in Health, where we explore the powerful connection between God’s truth and mental well-being. This podcast is dedicated to nurturing spiritual vitality through biblical principles while cultivating mental resilience for lasting growth and transformation. Inspired by John 15, we focus on the process of pruning—removing what holds us back—so that we can bear more fruit, both in our faith and in our mental health. Together, we’ll strengthen our minds, deepen our spirits, and grow into the fullness of who God has created us to be. Expect to hear others join to generate other perspectives and promote opportunities, businesses, fellowships and other communities that could benefit you listeners. Let’s walk this journey of healing and growth, grounded in truth and flourishing in both spirit and mind.
